Shipping & Return Policy – AromaBake Equipment
At AromaBake, we aim to ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable or heavy equipment (such as Deck Ovens).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Personal care or hygiene items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@aromabake.com.
7. Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on most products. Shipping charges may apply to certain accessories or spare parts (less than 1% of our catalog).
We partner with reputed courier services such as DTDC, Delhivery, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
All orders are shipped from Bahadurgarh and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can also track your shipment through your AromaBake account.
Note: Address corrections or modifications are not possible after the order has been shipped. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to the origin warehouse.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping and billing information provided is accurate and complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to include all relevant details such as apartment, suite, or floor number to ensure smooth delivery.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. AromaBake is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery.
